This is the puzzle that I quoted in my previous post. Please try it out…

Try Out…! The rules are..

1, Only two people can travel at once
2, Daddy can not stay with the girls without the presence of the mother
3, Mum cant stay with the boys without the presence of the father
4, The arrested red-hair girl in stripy outfit cannot stay with any of the family members without the Police officer
5, Only the Police officer and the parents can drive the boat across the river

Click on the people you want to transport
To use the boat click on the red dots next to the boat
To start press the BIG BLUE button

Upgrading my Iphone Firmware…!

I never thought upgrading my Iphone firmware was so easy..! I just kept myself in the version I bought for long time as I never wanted to spent more money on my mobile..! (atleast for sometime now..!) But something happened to me yesterday, I don’t know why I decided to upgrade it..that too myself…

I started searching the web as usual..hit many sites for this..even I hit some advertisements for ‘upgraders’ at last I got a way to do it myself..! I’ll give you a step-by-step procedure to do it..!. The number of pages helped me easily if I had a Mac. But for a Windows machine this procedure would be more easy…!

To set it up first have the following installed in your machine (windows machine)
i. Itunes ( ha ha ha…)
ii. Ziphone (http://www.ziphone.org/)

Download and install the above..you are set to go…
Before proceeding with the upgrade, Please sync your iphone with the Itunes, so that you don’t loose your data (contacts, calender,..)
Step – 1 : Now connect your iphone to the windows PC and start the ZiPhoneGUI.exe

Step – 2 : Click on the “Prepare for upgrade”. This step puts your iphone in DFU mode.
Step – 3 : Now Launch the “Itunes”. Itunes detect your phone in DFU mode and ask you to
upgrade. Now click the ‘Upgrade’ button in the itunes. It downloads the latest firmware available. If you want to upgrade to other versions. Please hold the ‘shift’ key when clicking the ‘Upgrade’ button to select the available versions.
Step – 4 : The above step takes some time to complete. It downloads and installs the new firmware into your iphone.
Step – 5 : You are almost done. Now again go to the “ZiphoneGUI” and click “Do It All”. It unlocks your iphone and activates it. It takes some 5 minutes to get it done.

You now have the updated / latest version of firmware running in your iphone..! You can again restore your information from itunes to the iphone.

Please note you don’t disconnect the phone from your pc in between..! I don’t know what can happen..! I’ve not tested the same..!
